      Coconut Lagoon Kumarakom has restored Kerala tharavadu homes spread across 30 acres on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Bungalows and villas include minibars, tea and coffee making facilities, and safety deposit boxes.       Three restaurants serve meals made with locally sourced ingredients: Vembanad Grill offers the catch of the day, Aymanam Restaurant provides open-air dining, and Ettukettu serves multi-cuisine dishes in a rustic setting of ancient Kerala architecture.
